The certified green building demonstrates strong performance in energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, renewable energy, sustainable materials, and low-carbon infrastructure.
Key sustainability measures include 76% energy savings compared with the baseline, 40% potable water savings, 919,409 kWh of clean energy generated annually, and 695 tonnes of CO₂ emissions avoided annually. The project also incorporates rainwater harvesting, on-site wastewater treatment, EV charging infrastructure, native landscaping, and GreenPro-certified building materials.
